He specialised in audit, accounting and taxation services for small and medium sized owner managed businesses during his time with Deloitte’s LLP and latterly with Ernst & Young before setting up his own accountancy practice in 2010.

Now he uses his vast experience in helping privately owned businesses, self- employed individuals and other business structures to realise their full potential with essential business advice and tax planning.

Out of hours, Arjun is a dedicated member of his cultural heritage community, having served on both local and national charitable boards for over the last 20 years.

Arjun is a keen golf enthusiast and enjoys his remaining free time socialising with family and friends.

Kamlesh has been a long established member of the firm for over 20 years. During this time he trained and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2000. With this invaluable experience he progressed to become a partner in 2018.

Over the years, he has built up a vast wealth of knowledge from working with a variety of clients from many business sectors. This has inevitably equipped him with a versatile skill set to assist all clients' concerns with concise business advice and clear solutions.

He predominantly deals with the accounts, management accounts, taxation and planning aspects for all business structures ranging from individuals to limited companies, as well as being responsible for the daily practice management of the firm.

In his spare time Kamlesh enjoys spending time with his family, catching up with friends and dining out to experience a variety of cultural delicacies. He is also a dedicated pet owner and likes to take his dog Parker, for long walks to keep a healthy work life balance.

Sarah is a senior accountant of the firm who is also responsible for the office management. Sarah completed her University’s one year placement with the firm in 2007 and after completing her Accounting for Management BSc (Hons) degree at Aston University in 2009 she returned to the firm to begin her working career. She continued her studying with ACCA, gained relevant training and successfully became a Chartered Certified Accountant.

She is an all-rounder whose experiences in small owner managed businesses’ include accounts, tax, VAT, bookkeeping, management accounts and monthly CIS returns and submissions. In addition, she has been working on Inheritance Tax planning, reviewing wills and a variety of ad hoc specialised projects. Other than client work she also works closely with the partners for practice management and compliance.

In her spare time Sarah carries out mentoring and enjoys socialising with friends and family. She is committed to her work and enjoys reading technical articles which enhance her knowledge further.

Junaid is a senior accountant who started his accounting career working in a voluntary role for a small practice in Birmingham whilst he was studying for ACCA. He joined the firm in 2011 where he developed, fine-tuned his skills and progressed to become a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2016.

He is responsible for the accounts and taxation aspects of owner managed businesses ranging from sole traders to limited companies including, but not limited to, monthly and quarterly management accounts and reports to a range of clients. He also has vast experience in dealing with personal tax affairs of clients. He is looking forward to assisting you in the best professional manner.

In his free time Junaid has a keen interest in watching cricket and football. He also visits the gym to keep fit occasionally. Spending quality time with family and friends is also valuable to him.

Saleem has worked in payroll and VAT departments in various accountancy practices prior to him joining the firm in 2006. With his knowledge and experience gained within the firm he has worked his way up to fulfil the role of payroll and VAT administrator. He offers a hands-on approach to clients, consistently working to a high level of accuracy and satisfaction.

He deals with multiple aspects of payroll matters including auto enrolment, RTI, HMRC regulations e.g. National living wage, and advising clients how it may impact their business. He also oversees VAT which involves dealing with clients on a daily basis and assists with bookkeeping and management accounts.

When Saleem has free time he enjoys leisurely walks and going to the gym in order to keep fit.
